Working with JoAnn alleviated so much stress and saved me hours of time.  Because of her fashion advice and expertise, I had several "elegant casual" outfits which were perfect for the cruise.  I had clothes that made me feel FANTASTIC!  I highly recommend JoAnn as a style/Image consultant.  She is patient, a good listener, detail-oriented, friendly, and has a keen eye for fashion.  It was a real pleasure working with her.
